Writer/Director based in Birmingham, UK, working across fiction and documentary. I am particularly motivated to make films exploring human rights issues and violations and hope to create work that inspires activism, with a specific focus of LGBTQ+ and Women's rights.

My films to date have highlighted the homophobic murder of Irishman Declan Flynn (Fairview Park), Violence against women and the #metoo movement (Home Safe, Voices), Queer protest in Manchester (We Are Here) & Freedom of Press in the horn of Africa (Erena...Our Eritrea).

Graduate of The Northern Film School with an MA in Documentary Filmmaking.
